Job Summary

Deliver revenues from specific clients by executing projects flawlessly and consistently achieving planned profit margins without write-downs or multiplier erosion. Manage complex projects involving risk-triggering factors, directing staff to minimize exposure to claims while overseeing multiple projects or programs. Lead project managers in recognizing and mitigating risks, ensuring financial performance and fostering long-term client relationships through high-quality outcomes. Requires BA/BS degree with six years of experience; successful candidates must pass drug screening, background checks, and motor vehicle records checks. Based in California offices; no sponsorship or relocation available.

Required Qualifications

  • BA/BS and 6 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
  • Successful candidate will have to pass client required drug screening, background check, and motor vehicle records check
  • Must be based in any of our office locations of Long Beach, Los Angeles, Orange, Westlake Village, Oakland, San Luis Obispo (SLO), Richmond, or San Diego, California
  • Must attend an in-person Day 1 onboarding at an AECOM office location as a condition of employment
  • Sponsorship is not available now or in the future
  • Relocation is not available for this role

Desired Qualifications

  • 10+ years of environmental consulting experience supporting oil & gas, refining, industrial, or energy-sector clients
  • Proven track record managing complex, multi-disciplinary environmental projects with responsibility for scope, schedule, budget, and quality performance
  • Strong client relationship management skills with experience growing key accounts and securing repeat business
  • Experience leading project teams, mentoring project managers, and managing project risk, contracts, and financial performance
  • Professional certification or registration preferred, such as PG, PE, CHMM, PMP, or a related credential
