Senior Environmental Project Manager

Job Summary
Senior Environmental Project Manager leading site assessment & remediation efforts in Ontario. Responsible for designing environmental sampling programs, developing sampling strategies, ensuring regulatory compliance, preparing site assessment reports, and communicating findings to stakeholders. You will lead and mentor project teams, oversee technical deliverables, and apply health, safety, and technical protocols. The role focuses on major transportation projects across Ontario with opportunities to contribute across Canada and internationally, and offers a hybrid work arrangement with two days in the office (Toronto or Ottawa). Must be fully licensed as a P.Eng. or P.Geo in Ontario and bring 15+ years of environmental consulting experience, including experience with infrastructure, rail, and transit projects, plus knowledge of Ontario Reg. 153/04 and 406/19.
Required Qualifications
- Fully licensed and in good standing as a P.Eng. or P.Geo. in the Province of Ontario
- 15+ years of environmental consulting experience
- 6+ years of progressive responsibility in project planning, coordination, and management
- Experience with major infrastructure, rail, and transit projects (asset)
- Extensive knowledge of Ontario Regulation 153/04 (as amended) and Ontario Regulation 406/19
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams and geographic regions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
