Job Summary
Lead and manage environmental projects from planning through completion (site investigations, remediation, permitting, compliance, brownfield redevelopment); provide technical leadership to multidisciplinary teams; manage project scope, schedules, budgets, staffing, and deliverables; maintain client relationships and engage in business development; mentor junior staff; collaborate across disciplines to deliver integrated environmental solutions for Connecticut and the Northeast; role is hybrid with in-office collaboration and remote work part of the week.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in environmental engineering, Civil Engineering, Environmental Science, Geoscience, or related field
- 8+ years of environmental consulting experience
- Connecticut Licensed Environmental Professional (LEP) certification
- Strong understanding of Connecticut environmental regulations and regulatory programs
- Proven project management experience including budget and schedule management
- Demonstrated leadership and staff mentoring experience
- Excellent communication, client management, and relationship-building skills
- Strong technical writing and report preparation skills
