Job Summary
Lead transportation environmental planning projects focusing on NEPA expertise and permitting oversight. responsibilities include serving as a Project Manager on diverse projects, coordinating environmental planning, scoping and costing tasks, managing subconsultants, and ensuring quality on deliverables. Provide environmental support to ADOT/FHWA projects, mentor personnel, and oversee multiple projects within scope, budget, and schedule. Collaborate with agencies at local, state, and federal levels and contribute to environmental documentation, permitting, and regulatory compliance across transportation initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in environmental planning or related field
- 8 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education in successfully coordinating and managing NEPA document preparation and technical studies for transportation projects
- Valid Driver's license
- U.S Citizenship required
