Job Summary
Senior EHS Specialist I responsible for serving as the EHS point of contact for new product introductions and SME for operations at a CDMO site. Develop and implement industrial hygiene programs, conduct risk assessments, incident investigations, and safety audits; support continuous improvement; ensure regulatory compliance; provide guidance on PPE, pre-startup safety, and environmental/health practices; collaborate with stakeholders to align EHS and sustainability requirements and support program compliance and improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in a relevant discipline
- 5+ years of progressive work experience in occupational safety, environmental, and industrial hygiene in a pharmaceutical or CDMO environment
- Knowledge in current good manufacturing practices (cGMP)
- Willing to continue EHS development as necessary, learn new skills and assist in creating a world-class environment
