Job Summary
Senior Manager, Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) leads multi-site EHS programs across Plymouth Tube locations, ensures compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, drives safety and environmental performance, and partners with site leadership to embed safety, sustainability, and continuous improvement into operations. Responsible for regulatory reporting (Hazardous waste, Tier II, Form R; air, stormwater, wastewater), ESG data collection and customer compliance requests (REACH, RoHS, PFAS, conflict minerals), coordinating audits (ISO 14001) and corrective actions, cross-site coordination, and budget support for EHS initiatives. Requires a Bachelor’s degree, 7+ years of EHS experience in manufacturing, OSHA/EPA knowledge, and willingness to travel up to 50%.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Safety, Engineering, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in EHS within a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and environmental regulations
- Experience with environmental reporting and auditing processes
- Ability to travel up to 50%
- Ability to work in both office and manufacturing environments
