Job Summary
Plan and own delivery of contamination investigation, remediation, and environmental compliance projects in Tennessee, providing creative solutions to fit client needs. Identify, assess, and solve problems to brief and stay on budget while leading preparation of proposals and bids. Manage a portfolio of projects and day-to-day relationships with contract service providers, elicit complex business requirements, and conduct feasibility studies with cost-benefit analysis. Develop product specifications, design test procedures, and help develop organizational procedures. Requires Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Tennessee, 10+ years in soil and groundwater assessment, and OSHA 40 Hour HAZWOPER training.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Environmental Engineering or related Engineering field
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Tennessee
- Must reside in the state of Tennessee
Desired Qualifications
- At least 10 years of experience in soil and groundwater assessment and remediation preferred
- Strong understanding of environmental regulation and compliance
- Proven excellence at all stages of the project life cycle, from preparing bids, project strategy development, to project deliverables
- OSHA 40 Hour HAZWOPER training
