Job Summary
Senior-level leadership role overseeing environmental and hydrogeologic programs, including groundwater and surface water investigations, regulatory compliance, and data-driven decision-making. Responsibilities include developing scopes of work and proposals, overseeing consultant performance, managing budgets and timelines, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams and external consultants, evaluating environmental impacts of facility changes, generating regulatory documentation and technical reports, and presenting findings to stakeholders. Requires strong project management, environmental compliance knowledge, and ability to guide engineers and staff toward compliant, impactful solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Environmental, Civil, Chemical, Geological, Mining, or related field) with 5+ years of experience
- OR Master’s degree in a related field with 3+ years of experience
- Experience in environmental management and project management
- Strong knowledge of environmental compliance, permitting, and reporting
- Proven ability to manage large, complex environmental projects
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret environmental data
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
