Job Summary
Collaborate with business development staff, account managers, and clients to develop strategies and manage project proposals. Execute technical services including air quality, storm water, wastewater, oil spill control, chemical reporting, compliance assessments, waste management, greenhouse gas emissions, and sustainability services. Oversee and mentor junior project personnel while representing CGRA to maintain client confidence and confidentiality. Seek opportunities to expand client services with existing and new clients. This role requires a P.E. or equivalent degree with 8+ years in environmental management/compliance, with up to 50% travel.
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree (4-year) or higher in engineering, science, or related field
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in environmental management/compliance
- English proficiency
- Ability to analyze processes and information, identify problems and trends, and develop effective solutions and strategies
- Excellent technical writing skills
- High-level expertise in MS Office suite
- Excellent verbal skills
- Ability to manage projects within budget and on schedule
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently in remote but team-oriented environment
- Self-motivated to identify new client prospects and project opportunities
- Demonstrate accuracy, efficiency, quality, sound judgment, and uncompromised business and personal integrity
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills
- Willing to travel up to 50%
Desired Qualifications
