Job Summary
Lead and manage complex environmental compliance projects across air, water, and waste programs from scoping through closeout; serve as primary client contact, fostering strong relationships and ensuring high-quality service delivery; interpret and apply environmental regulations to provide strategic compliance guidance; oversee environmental assessments, field investigations, and data analysis with technical accuracy; manage project budgets, schedules, and resources while maintaining QA/QC; mentor junior staff and collaborate with cross-functional teams; support business development through proposal preparation, client presentations, and identification of growth opportunities; perform environmental fieldwork, inspections, monitoring, or sampling as required; maintain accurate project documentation supporting audits and regulatory reviews; communicate with regulatory agencies or stakeholders to support permitting, reporting, inspections, or project coordination; stay informed of relevant environmental regulations and best practices applicable to assigned work.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in environmental science, Environmental Engineering, or a related field
- 7-15+ years of relevant professional experience performing environmental technical work within a consulting, industry, or regulatory setting
