Senior Enterprise Tools Administrator

Job Summary
Manage and maintain agency-wide systems including IBM Rational ClearCase, Application Developer, Application Quality Management, and UFT One. Handle VOB and view creation, server administration, user permissions, and configuration troubleshooting for these tools. Perform software installation, environment refreshes, data archiving, and synchronization of test defects. Provide off-hours coverage for planned upgrades and participate in troubleshooting critical Production incidents with 24x7 availability. Work autonomously to prioritize multiple tasks and projects concurrently while supporting a broad user base.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
- Minimum 10 years work experience managing and administering Enterprise tools and applications
- Strong scripting skills, including batch scripting and Perl scripting
- Solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Software Configuration Management (SCM)
- Strong knowledge of the Windows operating system
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server databases
- Experience with implementation and configuration of SSL Certificates
- Familiarity with the IBM Rational ClearQuest SDLC application
- Familiarity with Linux operating systems
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently and prioritize work based on criticality
- Strong problem-solving (analytical and diagnostic) skills
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
- Proven ability to provide high-quality customer support to a broad user base

Desired Qualifications
- Experience with upgrades, server migrations (VOBs, Views, Registry, Licensing), and related maintenance activities
- Experience with system upgrades and database migrations
- Any Kubernetes/OpenShift/Containerization knowledge/experience
