Senior Enterprise Software Engineer

Senior Enterprise Software Engineer at Wolters Kluwer in Pune, responsible for hands-on architectural and engineering leadership across enterprise transformation programs (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce, Informatica) and custom applications. Translate business requirements into scalable end-to-end designs, data flows, and integration patterns; collaborate with Enterprise Architects, product and engineering teams, and business stakeholders to align delivery with target-state architecture; strengthen governance through design reviews, reusable patterns, standards, and documentation. Lead cross-platform integrations ensuring API consistency, secure data movement, and operational resilience; contribute to AI agent, automation, and data product initiatives by shaping architecture, data readiness, governance controls, and validated feasibility through PoCs. Support complex technical challenges across development, deployment, performance, and production. Communicate complex technical decisions clearly to diverse audiences; influence across teams to drive architecture alignment without direct authority. Requirements include expertise in Java, Python, C#, API design, microservices, cloud platforms, data governance, and data architecture. Nice-to-have exposure to SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce, Informatica, or comparable systems; familiarity with AI/LLM agents and intelligent automation.
