Job Summary
Senior Enterprise IT Analyst to act as the bridge between strategic discussions and tangible execution for Army-level IT initiatives. Responsibilities include capturing strategic intent in high-level meetings, transforming discussions into actionable IT strategies and deliverables, drafting briefings and executive summaries, and presenting to senior military and civilian leaders. The role supports Army IT modernization and cloud migration, ensures alignment with DoD policies, guides teams to integrate input into final staff products, and manages multiple cloud/enterprise IT projects within the Army staff action process. Requirements include an active Secret clearance, a bachelor’s degree or higher, 10+ years of DoD-specific IT experience, ability to produce concise, decision-ready staff products, and experience briefing senior leaders. Desired: Joint Staff/OSD experience at senior levels, PMP/Scrum Master/Agile/ITIL certifications, cloud familiarity (AWS/Azure). The position emphasizes integrity, growth, and a mission-driven environment.
Required Qualifications
- Active Secret clearance
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical, IT, or related field
- Minimum of 10 years of DoD-specific experience with DoD IT systems and enterprise architectures
- Ability to translate customer intent into polished staff products and deliverables
- Proven experience advising and collaborating with military leaders (O-6 and above) and SES personnel
- Familiarity with Pentagon processes, Army tasking systems, and staff action package coordination
- Strong knowledge of ITIL best practices, enterprise application rationalization, and technology roadmaps
