Job Summary
Senior Enterprise Account Executive responsible for generating new business revenue from a SaaS license model by conducting account and territory planning, researching prospect customers, and performing field-based sales activities within a defined set of prospects/territory. Develop relationships with multiple C-suite personas across product sales, oversee client relationship mapping, orchestrate account strategy with cross-functional teams, and act as a trusted advisor to help customers align ServiceNow capabilities with their IT roadmap. Identify the right specialist resources to bring into deals and drive AI-enabled outcomes. Requires 10+ years in software or solutions sales, proven ability to produce new business, strong executive relationship skills, and willingness to travel up to 50%.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of sales experience within software OR solutions sales organization
- Experience establishing trusted relationships with current and prospective clients and other teams
- Experience producing new business, negotiate deals, and maintain healthy C-Level relationships
- Experience achieving sales targets
- Experience in leveraging or integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
