Job Summary
The Senior Enterprise Account Executive will build and execute territory strategy across enterprise accounts and maintain a 4–5x pipeline coverage. Responsibilities include leading complex technical enterprise sales, managing multi-threaded sales cycles, and leveraging modern sales tools including GenAI. Candidates should have 7+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS, a strong track record of closing high-value deals, and expertise in using advanced sales methodologies. Skills in executive selling and influencing transformation, along with a builder mentality, are essential for success in this high-stakes role.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years in enterprise SaaS with complex, technical sales cycles
- Track record closing high six- and seven-figure enterprise deals in the last 3 years
- Designing and executing complex deal strategies and technical sales campaigns
- Gathering, distilling, and processing complex market intelligence
- Working cross functionally with Engineering, Product Management, Marketing, and other relevant departments
- Mastery in MEDDPICC or similar qualification frameworks
- Skilled in using modern sales tech + GenAI for non-linear productivity
- Executive presence with ability to simplify technical value
- Builder mentality: scrappy, resourceful, resilient
- High urgency + high accountability
