Job Summary
Senior Enterprise Account Executive at Axon responsible for selling products and services directly and indirectly to early customers across verticals such as retail, healthcare, private security, casinos, critical infrastructure, rail and logistics. Lead the Enterprise go-to-market design, build business plans with stakeholders, deliver sales training and marketing support, and cultivate senior-level relationships to drive revenue growth. Role requires managing a quota, navigating large integrators and Fortune 500 accounts, and delivering demonstrations/product training as needed. Location is Remote from the United States with a requirement to live within an hour of a major airport and travel about 50% of the time. Requires 7+ years in sales/channel in tech, executive engagement experience, experience with VARs/SIs, and startup experience preferred. Competitive compensation with base pay and uncapped commissions; 401K with employer match, discretionary PTO, and other benefits."
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years working in sales and/or channel for a technology company (preferably software/SaaS/cloud)
- Track record of sales and channel sales success
- Experience with executive level engagements and communication
- Experience with large VARs and Systems Integrators
- Startup experience preferred
- Open to travel 50%
