Job Summary
Senior Enrollment Manager responsible for inbound sales to parents and students, owning the relationship from first touch through enrollment, guiding families through the admissions process, and achieving monthly/quarterly sales goals. Responsibilities include leading consultative intro calls, following up strategically to maximize conversion, collaborating with marketing, counseling, and finance teams to ensure a seamless customer experience, leveraging HubSpot CRM to manage the full sales cycle, forecasting enrollments, and supporting onboarding for newly enrolled students. The role emphasizes building trust, providing guidance, refining messaging and scripts, and contributing to product/pricing feedback to drive growth in Inspira Education Group’s edtech programs.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in inbound sales within a service-oriented or consultative environment
- Proven success selling premium or high-value service packages (ACV $5,000+), with a track record of exceeding targets
- Excellent communication skills in presenting, writing, and speaking with clarity, empathy, and professionalism
- Strong CRM proficiency, preferably in HubSpot or similar tools
- Comfort with data and reporting using Excel or Google Sheets
