Job Summary
As a Senior English Teacher at MyEdSpace, you will deliver high-quality English lessons through live, interactive online teaching and create a full curriculum that meets rigorous standards. Responsibilities include creating engaging educational content for social media, refining teaching methods based on feedback, and representing MyEdSpace globally while collaborating with the Marketing Team on innovative campaigns. Candidates should hold a bachelor's degree in English or a closely related field, possess a valid teaching certification, and have at least 5 years of teaching experience, particularly with AP-level instruction.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in English or a closely related field
- Achieved a 3.5 GPA (or equivalent) or higher
- Valid U.S. teaching certification in secondary English education
- At least 5 years of teaching experience, including AP-level instruction
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience leading an English department or overseeing curriculum for middle or high school students
- Experience as an AP, IB, or standardized test scorer
Additional Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Open to developing a personal brand on social media
