Job Summary
Lead full-stack engineering initiatives with 7+ years of experience, focusing on Core Java, AWS, Kafka, and multi-threading while adapting high-level architecture to client needs. Verify and validate architecture implementations across the product engineering team, utilizing object-oriented programming principles and design proficiencies like UML and C4. Collaborate with a globally based team requiring strong English proficiency to drive Agile software development methodologies. Postgres and AWS knowledge are mandatory, with Scala, Glue, and Spark expertise serving as an added advantage. This role demands excellent client-facing experience and communication skills to influence overall architectural direction.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience/expertise working as a Full Stack Engineer
- Proficiency in the specified technologies
- High level of English proficiency
- Experience leading Agile software development methodologies
- Demonstrated experience following and adapting high-level architecture to project and client needs
- Ability to verify/validate architecture implementations and influence overall architecture beyond the team
- Expertise in applying object-oriented programming
- High-level design proficiency following UML / C4 / ArchiMate
- Excellent knowledge of Core Java
- Excellent knowledge of AWS
- Excellent knowledge of Kafka
- Excellent knowledge of Multi threading
- Excellent knowledge of JavaScript
- Working knowledge of Postgres
- Working knowledge of Scala
- Working knowledge of GLUE
- Working knowledge of Spark
- Good client-facing experience
- Good communication skills
