Job Summary
Senior Engineering Technician on the production floor working with engineering and operations to troubleshoot equipment, support new product introductions, perform testing and prototype builds, fault isolation from schematics, and drive continuous improvements. Responsibilities include troubleshooting equipment, tooling, and process issues; supporting engineering activities including testing and checkout; collecting and analyzing process and test data; assisting with equipment builds, installations, and qualifications; maintaining preventative maintenance programs; and contributing to lean/yield/quality initiatives. Preferred qualifications include an Associate’s degree and 2–4 years of technician experience, with strong electro-mechanical troubleshooting, ability to read schematics, experience with test equipment (oscilloscopes, diagnostic tools), and familiarity with data analysis tools or MES systems.
