Senior Engineering Technician - 2nd Shift - Scarborough

Senior Engineering Technician on 2nd shift (2:30pm-11:00pm) in Scarborough/Westbrook, ME, responsible for troubleshooting and repairing automated manufacturing equipment, including robotics, pick-and-place, and cam-driven systems. Perform maintenance, disassembly/reassembly of complex mechanical assemblies, and provide root-cause analysis with corrective actions. Prepare technical reports, analyze data and patterns, and contribute to process improvements. Maintain and utilize CMMS for inventory and documentation; communicate with internal/external customers. Requires strong technical background in electrical/mechanical/electro-mechanical systems, PLC/HMI experience (Allen Bradley/GE), motion control, sensors/actuators, pneumatics, and related manufacturing environments. Expected to possess 5+ years of technical experience (preferred), with excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team. Office, lab, and industrial environment exposure with safety protocols; some travel may be required. Hourly rate $30-$35 with shift differential; comprehensive benefits and 401K.
