Job Summary
Document business processes for CPO Design and development, including specification management, computer-aided design, and bill of materials, while identifying gaps for digitalization. Own and update business process documentation aligned with source functional SOPs and digital workflows. Support PLM platform requirements definition, manage user stories within the product backlog, and represent functional area use cases in governance meetings. Provide user support, feedback for system updates, and lead onboarding and training for digitalized workflows. Review test scripts to ensure requirements are met, oversee UAT execution, and collect enhancement requests for CPO Digital workflows. Build a support network of SMEs and process owners to ensure up-to-date documentation and input to the PLM product team.
Required Qualifications
- Doctorate degree OR Masters degree and 2 years of experience OR Bachelors degree and 4 years of experience OR Associates degree and 8 years of experience
- Experience in Agile/Scrum
- Ability to create strong requirements & user story development
- Experience in analyzing business process and creating new processes
- Must have worked in Agile/Scrum
- Must have been part of a team that has had a software release
