Senior Engineering Project Manager - HVAC

Own HVAC utilities and associated scope on major capital projects spanning facilities, cGMP manufacturing, and digital infrastructure. Manage the end-to-end project management lifecycle, including developing the Project Execution Plan, controlling costs and schedule, and directing resources. Lead and develop a high-performing team while guiding clients on project decisions and managing vendor relations. Maintain regular contact with the client to report progress, issues, and accomplishments. Accountable for project or program success across multi-disciplinary initiatives. Requires 8+ years in life sciences project engineering with deep HVAC expertise. Onsite 100% with client; minimum 25% travel.
