Job Summary
Lead cross-functional hardware programs from concept through mass production for cUAS technology, owning the master schedule and ensuring milestones across EVT/DVT/PVT; manage budgets including NRE, tooling, and build costs; coordinate with domestic and international stakeholders and ODM/CM partners to ensure manufacturing readiness and on-time production ramp; translate complex technical status for executives; drive risk mitigation and cross-functional execution in a fast-paced environment; build program leadership skills in a dynamic learning environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related technical field
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related technical field
- MBA or MS in Engineering Management a plus
- PMP certification a plus
- Experience managing hardware product development programs through full lifecycle
- Strong cross-functional leadership and communication
