Job Summary
Senior Engineering Program Manager responsible for leading cross-functional product development in engineering, design, and technical direction across commercial and government projects. Roles include defining project scope and schedules, developing plans and budgets, leading engineering and design teams, identifying and mitigating risks, managing stakeholder communication, writing compelling proposals with heavy technical content, and developing project plans and estimates to drive end-to-end delivery in a fast-paced PMO environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (electrical or software engineering is a plus)
- 10+ years of engineering experience
- 5+ years of project management or leadership experience
- Experience with design/architecture of complex electro-mechanical systems
- Experience working on medical device or DoD programs is a plus
