Senior Engineering Officer

Perform rotating 12hr shift in a 24x7 Network Operations Center (NOC) to provide network surveillance for Singtel co-invested submarine cable systems; proactively identify service anomalies, assess impact, and initiate escalation and remediation to maintain high network availability. Drive incident management for submarine cable faults impacting capacity owners with Cable Landing Stations and equipment vendors. Serve as the central operational focal point for multi-stakeholder incident coordination, ensuring clear, timely communications of incident notifications, progress updates, and restoration timelines. Oversee planned maintenance activities during the maintenance window with progressive updates to capacity owners and internal stakeholders. Deliver clear shift operational reporting to ensure transparency and escalation of outstanding issues. Ensure adherence to IMDA regulatory requirements via timely and accurate submarine cable fault reporting and compliance with directives.
