Senior Engineering Manager

Lead and grow a team of server, web, and full-stack engineers building a business management platform for professional photographers, including client management, scheduling, invoicing, and workflow automation. You’ll stay hands-on as a player-coach, review code, and contribute technically while shaping architectural direction and the product roadmap. Own outcomes end-to-end, remove blockers, and partner with product, design, data science, and other engineering teams to define shared primitives and a cohesive product vision. The role emphasizes hiring, coaching, and developing engineers, ensuring high-quality solutions, and driving engineering velocity through AI-enabled practices. Nice-to-have experience includes leading large technology migrations and building business tools like CRM systems.
