Senior Engineering Manager - Team Billing

Lead and scale the Billing team responsible for core systems powering how customers buy Fin, how usage is metered, how revenue is recognized, and how money flows. Own the reliability, on-call quality, observability, and product health standards of Billing, subscriptions, invoicing, and metering. Shape and execute technical strategy across subscription management, metering, invoicing, and integrations (e.g., Stripe Billing); collaborate with Product, Design, Sales, Finance, Enterprise Systems, Analytics, and Billing Ops to prioritize the roadmap and deliver measurable quarterly outcomes. Cultivate relationships with partner leaders in Finance, Enterprise Systems, and Analytics to ensure data flows, compliance, reconciliation, and reporting needs. Drive migrations and modernization while ensuring safe change management and robust downstream data flows. Provide clear priorities, tradeoffs, and timelines; coach and delegate to scale the team; promote ownership, accountability, and high standards. Demonstrate an AI-first mindset to accelerate planning, execution, quality, and adoption across the team.
