Job Summary
Senior Engineering Manager to drive high-performance software delivery across global engineering teams in a fast-growing SaaS environment. Will lead and participate in daily code reviews across frontend and backend repositories, investigate and resolve build failures, test regressions, and deployment issues in CI/CD pipelines, validate pull requests for performance and maintainability, and collaborate with engineers to refactor legacy code for scalable, modular patterns. Oversees frontend stack (Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript) and backend stack (.NET Core, C#, Node.js) plus data (SQL Server, Cosmos DB, Azure Data Lake, Databricks) and cloud/DevOps (Azure, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Docker, Kubernetes). Ensures global delivery across US, LATAM, and other regions, standardizes engineering rituals, drives agile discipline, and leads defect tracking and delivery health. Emphasizes AI-assisted development using tools like GitHub Copilot and MS Copilot; defines and tracks KPIs (PR throughput, test coverage, SLA adherence); collaborates with QA, Data Science, Product, and DevOps to ensure delivery readiness; mentors engineers, supports hiring and upskilling across regions, and fosters ownership and cross-team collaboration. Requires 8+ years in software engineering or technical program management with 3+ years in delivery leadership, strong coding background, modern web and cloud-native architectures, experience with AI tooling, and excellent communication; professional proficiency in Spanish is a bonus.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering or technical program management
- 3+ years in delivery leadership role in global SaaS and high growth tech companies
- Strong coding background with ability to review, debug, and optimize production code
- Experience with AI tools like GitHub Copilot, MS Copilot, or internal agentic systems
- Proficiency in GitHub, Azure DevOps, Harvest, and performance monitoring tools
- Proven success in managing cross-functional delivery across Engineering groups and coordination with QA and DevOps
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence across technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Spanish (Bonus)
