Job Summary
Senior Engineering Manager to lead gearbox design programs for automotive, home appliance, and industrial sectors. Responsibilities include reducing gear transmission noise and vibration, proposing and validating solutions, preparing gear-box design documentation and standards, participating in prototype fabrication and testing, solving design issues, and leading a team to achieve performance goals. Requires a master's degree in mechanical transmission, 10+ years of gear design experience (planetary, spur, worm/angled gears), familiarity with gear manufacturing processes and tolerance/size-chain design calculations, proficiency with FE tools (ANYSYS, ROMAX, KISSSOFT) for system design and performance analysis, knowledge of gear materials (metals and plastics), strong leadership and communication skills, and English fluency as working language; experience with small-module gear design and manufacturing is a plus. Required Qualifications
- 硕士及以上学历,机械传动研究方向
- 十年以上齿轮设计经验,熟练掌握行星齿轮、平行齿轮、蜗杆/斜齿轮传动设计
- 熟悉齿轮加工工艺,精通公差设计/零件尺寸链的设计验算
- 能熟练运用有限元(ANSYS, ROMAX, KISSSOFT)进行齿轮箱的系统设计和性能分析
- 熟悉齿轮用五金材料与塑胶材料的特性
- 具有良好的工作责任心以及团队领导、沟通协作能力
- 有小模数齿轮设计和制造经验优先
- 英文口语流利,可以作为工作语言优先
