Senior Engineering Manager

Senior Engineering Manager to lead the NVH engineering team focused on NVH analysis, testing and optimization for drive systems (motors, gearboxes, and assemblies) from design origin to production validation, ensuring industry-leading vibration and noise performance. Responsibilities include leading simulations of motor electromagnetic noise, mechanical noise from gear mesh and bearings, and structural vibration transfer paths; conducting NVH testing, issue diagnosis, and system-level solutions; defining NVH test plans, procedures, data analysis workflows, and automation tools; benchmarking NVH simulation and test data to improve predictive accuracy; collaborating with electromagnetic, structural, driveline, and control systems teams to embed NVH design principles at the source; providing rapid diagnostics and resolutions for customer complaints or production NVH issues.
