Job Summary
Senior Engineering Manager to own multi-team initiatives, shape the 6-12 month technical vision for the domain, influence roadmaps by linking technical depth to business OKRs, and build the next generation of leaders. You will partner with product and design to define what gets built, own 0-to-1 initiatives from inception to launch, and work with recruiting to attract top talent. The role requires developing engineers, aligning priorities across teams, and driving architecture decisions that connect to customer outcomes, including integrating AI tooling into workflows. Commutable to NYC headquarters with in-office presence 3-4 days/week.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of engineering experience
- at least 3+ years managing or leading software engineering teams
- Strong technical judgment and ability to evaluate architectural trade-offs
- track record of collaborating with product and design to ship from 0 to 1
- demonstrated ability to develop engineers
- strong business acumen and customer-centric instincts
- comfort with data and tying engineering decisions to customer outcomes
- experience integrating AI tooling into engineering workflows
