Job Summary
Senior Engineering Manager for Roblox's Employee Products within the ROS organization. Lead and scale a high-impact engineering team, collaborate with executives and cross-functional partners to refine requirements, drive AI-enabled improvements in velocity and quality, develop concepts and docs for review, and ensure projects are well-planned, performant, and delivered on time.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in an engineering management role
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a similar technical field
- Experience leading full stack development teams
- Experience with modern development practices, frameworks and tools (AI landscape)
- Proven ability to hire and mentor diverse and inclusive teams
