Job Summary
Own end-to-end delivery execution from commitment through post-release stabilization, driving planning, sequencing, and dependency management across Product, AI Engineering, and AI Quality & Reliability teams. Lead release planning, cut decisions, and calendars while coordinating cross-platform releases and resolving inter-team dependencies. Ensure delivery predictability by identifying risks early, implementing mitigation plans, and providing final readiness recommendations for go/no-go decisions. Act as the delivery integrator to resolve execution friction and unblock teams proactively. Lead and mentor delivery-focused Engineering Managers and Program Leads, fostering a culture of ownership and execution excellence. Report on delivery KPIs including on-time delivery, escaped defects, rework rate, and cycle time to continuously improve systems and processes. Champion AI adoption across workflows for planning, estimation, and automated readiness checks.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of engineering experience
- 5+ years in engineering management or delivery leadership roles
- Proven track record of delivering complex, multi-team enterprise software predictably
- Strong experience with Agile, Scrum, and scaled delivery frameworks
- Excellent risk management, planning, and stakeholder communication skills
- Ability to operate calmly under pressure and bring clarity in ambiguous situations
Desired Qualifications
- Experience delivering AI/ML or platform products
- Familiarity with cloud-native architectures and DevOps practices
- Exposure to enterprise domains such as BFSI, GRC, Security, or FinOps
