Job Summary
Senior Engineering Manager to lead multiple teams within Grab's Consumer Experience Tech Family. Responsible for driving user acquisition, retention, and daily engagement for millions of users across Southeast Asia. As a leader of leaders, you will directly manage and coach Engineering Managers and senior Individual Contributors, shape technical roadmaps across multiple domains, and ensure architectural consistency, platformization, and long-term reliability for mobile and backend systems. You will partner with Product, Design, and Data Science leadership, oversee operational health and incident management, and drive product discovery and data-driven iterative development to improve the end-user experience. The role emphasizes leadership, strategic influence, and a strong product mindset focused on consumer experiences and scalable, high-quality software.
