Senior Engineering Manager / Analyst

Job Summary
Oversee systems integration and technical operations for TARS, reviewing requirements, specifications, and documentation while developing project schedules and supporting milestone reviews. Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for technical issues in coordination with field teams, ensuring compliance with DHS/CBP, DoD, and industry engineering standards. Manage configuration management for system design changes and prepare engineering reports, data packages, and briefings for internal and external stakeholders. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering with 15 years of experience in systems engineering and integration, preferably with aerostat systems or radar. The position involves some travel and requires a positive adjudication from a CBP Background Investigation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, systems engineering, or a closely related discipline
- A minimum of 15 years of experience in the following:
- Deep understanding of systems engineering and integration best practices
- Experience with aerostat systems, radar, ISR platforms, or related defense technologies
- Proficiency in engineering tools, technical documentation, and modeling/simulation
- Ability to analyze complex technical data and translate into actionable plans
- Strong project management and coordination skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint
- Positive adjudication from a CBP Background Investigation
- Position requires some travel
Desired Qualifications
- Master's preferred
- Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
