Job Summary
Senior Engineering Manager – AMRT Process Development leads a team focused on the development, execution, and continuous improvement of repair processes that support repair development projects and repair services operations. Responsibilities emphasize people leadership, setting clear goals, lean methodology, cross-functional collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, and driving on-time execution of process development priorities. The role also oversees development, qualification, and implementation of repair processes, standardization and documentation, and partnership with repair services teams to ensure practical, repeatable, and scalable processes aligned with field and shop needs. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college in Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Business, or a related field
- 10 Years experience in engineering, manufacturing, process development, repair development, repair services, or related technical/operational environments
- Previous experience leading teams, projects, or cross-functional initiatives
