Job Summary

Lead the Aero derivative Compressor Organization by driving design, development, and producibility programs for Gas Turbine products while resolving critical issues requiring cross-organizational support. Manage NPI responsibilities for compressor components, conduct risk evaluations, and coordinate with systems, product lines, and global sites to meet product CTQs. Develop continuous improvement roadmaps for product, people, process, and technology to enhance market differentiation. Communicate team needs and technical developments to leadership, coach individual team members on career growth, and ensure documentation aligns with engineering policies.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Mechanical Engineering
  • At least 8 years of experience in the field of gas turbine mechanical design, development, and testing
  • Hands on experience with turbomachinery design tools
  • Familiar with gas power tollgate review process
  • Strong technical knowledge of gas turbine / compressor mechanical components & sub-system design
  • Detailed knowledge of engineering, manufacturing & supply chain processes
  • Ability to analyze and resolve problems
  • Ability to lead teams and key initiatives
  • Established project management skills
  • Strong motivation to help navigate the team through a fast paced & changing business environment
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Successful completion of a drug screen (as applicable)
