Job Summary
Senior Engineering Manager responsible for all site Engineering and Maintenance activities across production equipment, with financial oversight for maintenance and engineering budgets, capital spending, and ensuring safe, compliant operations. Lead mechanical, process, controls, and electrical engineering, validation, and maintenance; oversee capital projects, new product launches, and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and reduce costs. Manages personnel and resources, partners with cross-functional teams to achieve plant goals, ensures proper training and safety standards, and drives leadership across engineering and maintenance staff. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering and 10+ years of manufacturing engineering experience with exposure to equipment and facility planning, design, construction, and operation.
