Job Summary
Senior Engineer – SCM role focused on developing the systems and processes of the supply chain in Coimbatore, India. Responsibilities include process & system support, user troubleshooting and error analysis, assisting in process standards and BMS rollouts, conducting training on logistics systems, advisory and continuous improvement activities, providing guidance on inventory, delivery reliability, and audits, supporting new process rollouts (Kanban, VMI, Consignment), ongoing IT system support, SCM optimization and BMS rollout projects, and preparation of regular and ad-hoc reports. Required skills: expertise in supply chain & logistics operations, process governance and risk management with Lean/CIP, ERP/SAP, WMS and planning tools, and strong data analysis/reporting abilities (Excel, Power BI, dashboards).
Required Qualifications
- Expertise in supply chain & logistics operations (inventory, warehouse, transport, supplier coordination)
- Knowledge of process governance, compliance, and risk management with focus on continuous improvement (Lean/CIP)
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP), WMS and planning tools
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills (Excel, Power BI, dashboards)
