Job Summary
Senior Engineer - Utilities responsible for operation and maintenance of utilities and facilities systems (WFI, RO, HVAC, chiller, boiler, air compressor, nitrogen) at a Sterile manufacturing site; works with validation team to qualify systems, drafts SOP/PM plans, manages deviations and CAPA, supports third-party maintenance vendors, ensures data integrity and compliance with cGMP/QMS, and contributes to audits and continuous improvement; strong emphasis on GMP, regulatory readiness, QA collaboration, and ability to manage maintenance KPIs and CAPEX projects; required to operate in a fast-paced, regulated environment with knowledge of validation/GMP requirements and RCA tools.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in engineering
- 6 to 8 years of proven experience in maintenance of utilities and facilities systems, and related validation/GMP issues
- Working experience with Building Management System and Environmental Monitoring System
- SAP/CMMS experience is an advantage
