Job Summary
Manage complex planning studies, development applications, and reviews while processing comprehensive plan amendments, rezoning, and site plans. Conduct research on land use, physical, social, and economic issues to prepare statistical reports and develop regional plans for natural resources, community development, and hazard mitigation. Perform field inspections to verify project compliance and present findings to advisory boards and elected officials. Requires Master's degree, 5–8 years of transport planning experience, and proficiency in VISUM/SATURN. Open for Bangalore & Gurugram.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in SATURN/VISSIM VDM is must have
- Master's degree in the relevant subject (e.g., Transport Planning/Engineering, or related subjects)
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in transport planning and modelling
- Strong proficiency in VISUM VDM/SATURN
- Open for Bangalore & Gurugram
- all newly hired employees are required to attend an in-person Day 1 onboarding at an AECOM office location as a condition of employment
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with UK/US/ANZ/Middle East transport modelling guidance - (e.g., NPPF, DfT Guidance, Local Plans)
- Working toward chartered status (ICE / CIHT / TPS) preferred
