Senior Engineer (Transportation)

Job Summary
Senior Engineer to lead planning and design of road, rail, public transport and active travel projects in Ireland. Responsibilities include input to statutory processes (EIAR, CPO), procurement processes, preparation of contract documents, contract administration and construction supervision. Requires degree-level engineering education (Level 8/9) and Chartered Engineer status or close to Chartership. Proficient with design software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Bentley OpenRoads desirable). Must be able to lead design teams, work collaboratively, and communicate effectively. Hybrid working culture with international remote working opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- degree in engineering (Level 8/9)
- Chartered Engineer or near Chartership
- experience in planning and design of transport projects
- experience in consultancy environment
- strong knowledge of design standards
- experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Bentley OpenRoads (desirable)
