Senior Engineer - Transportation

Senior Transportation Engineer (PE) leading roadway design and coordination for public-sector transportation infrastructure in Wenatchee, WA. Responsibilities include leading and supporting roadway and transportation design projects (highways, arterials, collectors, intersections, local roadways); preparing and reviewing PS&E; developing roadway geometry and corridor models; coordinating drainage, utilities, and multidisciplinary teams; preparing construction documents and 3D roadway models; supporting project delivery, scheduling, and client coordination; providing technical guidance and mentoring to junior staff; and supporting construction activities including RFIs and field coordination. Required qualifications include a Civil Engineering bachelor’s degree, active PE license in Washington, minimum 5+ years of transportation engineering experience, proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D, and familiarity with AASHTO, MUTCD, and state DOT standards. Preferred qualifications include experience leading transportation design efforts on Federally funded projects and familiarity with MicroStation, Bluebeam, Synchro, and ORD; roadway drainage and right-of-way experience; and knowledge of ADA/PROWAG.
