Job Summary
Senior Engineer, Test Engineering - Product Development role within Analog Devices' ASIC BU in Bangalore, focusing on designing and developing test solutions for high-performance mixed-signal and digital SoCs, including ATE software, DFT/BIST collaboration, and offshore production releases. Key activities include probe/test solution design on high-end ATE platforms, development of ATE software per specifications, DFT/BIST involvement early in NPD, and executing test development phases across silicon characterization, yield analysis, and production release. Requires a degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, 4-5 years hands-on experience in mixed-signal/digital test, knowledge of Teradyne Flex/93K, strong analytical skills, proficiency in Perl/C++, and experience with high-speed digital hardware design and bench equipment. Must be proactive, able to work under minimal supervision, and possess strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Required Qualifications
- Have a degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
- minimum 4-5years’ of hands-on experience in mixed signal or digital test
- knowledge of the ATE software development and working knowledge of Teradyne Flex and/or 93K ATE systems
- be experienced in ATE high-speed digital h/w design & layout
- Be experienced in releasing multi-site test programs to off-shore production test houses
- Be well versed with the usage of bench equipment such as Oscilloscope, VI meter, Signal generator and analyzers
- For positions requiring access to technical data, export licensing may be required
- Excellent interpersonal, teamwork & communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
