Job Summary
Execute engineering splits on development lots and perform device testing with report generation. Support high voltage test structure layout and device optimization while owning lots during HV process/device development. Collaborate with failure analysis and reliability testing teams to resolve process and reliability issues. Apply design of experiment methodologies to process development, leveraging a strong understanding of CMOS/HV process schemes and device physics. This role focuses on process integration and device development for high voltage BCD processes within GlobalFoundries' global semiconductor manufacturing operations.
Required Qualifications
- Degree/master's in Electrical Engineering/Physics/Material Science
- 2-3 years of process integration / technology development experience
- Good understanding of CMOS/HV process schemes and device physics
- Good understanding of design of experiment for process development
- Good communication skills
- Teamwork
- Exposure to high voltage device development
