Job Summary
Senior Technical Program Management Engineer to lead PLC for New Product Introduction in semiconductor equipment; manage high-volume equipment projects from BoM upload to customer delivery across all PLC stages; align market priorities with program activities; lead cross-functional teams (supply chain, manufacturing, engineering) to meet milestones, safety, performance, reliability, and quality targets; drive cost-reduction initiatives; set build-plan milestones for NPIs; collaborate with PLM/configuration engineers; support product development with data collection and customer demo requests; participate in forecasts, production schedules, and change control boards; engage suppliers and drive continuous improvement through special projects.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Material Science, Electrical/Mechanical/Chemical Engineering or equivalent technical education
- 3+ years of semiconductor manufacturing and materials management experience
- Experience managing the Product Life Cycle (PLC) and relevant tasks to be completed during each phase of the PLC, from concept to full release
- Strong leadership qualities to exercise influence both throughout the organization and with external parties
- Strong project management and analytical skills
- Production Control, Forecasting and/or Project Management Experience
- Preferred Oracle or SAP Experience
- Experience with Parts and Inventory Management
- Strong negotiations skills
