Senior Engineer

Senior Engineer responsible for end-to-end procurement activities including RFQs, bid evaluation, and purchase order processing; coordinates with engineering and project teams to understand technical specifications and procurement requirements; identifies and evaluates vendors based on technical capability, quality, cost, and delivery timelines; prepares techno-commercial comparisons and supports vendor selection decisions; negotiates pricing and delivery terms within defined authority limits; ensures timely placement of orders to meet project schedules; monitors supplier performance and follows up on delivery schedules; maintains procurement documentation, records, and MIS reports; ensures compliance with company policies, ISO quality standards, and statutory requirements; supports cost reduction initiatives and continuous improvement in procurement processes.
