Job Summary
Translate product vision into clear user, business, and product requirements while building and coordinating system-wide simulations to balance requirements early. Create and manage verification strategies to ensure traceability from test cases to requirements, identifying methodologies for design and product verification using MBSE methods to develop architectures. Coach a growing core team of systems engineers and drive the systems engineering process into the wider company to resolve technical challenges. Work collaboratively with engineering teams to clarify work packages, manage trade-off studies, and resolve engineering issues.
Required Qualifications
- A first degree in mechanical / mechatronics / electrical / electronic / software engineering
- Experience in Systems Engineering processes and applications with a minimum of 4 years' experience in a product development environment
- Demonstrable experience in performing systems breakdown, architecture definition and using functional analysis techniques resulting in well written unambiguous requirements
- Capable of working in an agile and autonomous manner
- A good grasp of MBSE including experience building SysML models using Systems Engineering Modelling Software
Desired Qualifications
- experience with Requirements Management Tools and Product Lifecycle Management tools
