Job Summary
Senior Engineer, System Integrity at FortisBC leads assessment of risks and develops solutions to ensure safe, reliable operation of pipeline systems and energy infrastructure. Works with internal teams, contractors and external partners from planning through execution to support safety, performance and compliance. Requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering and P.Eng. designation or eligibility, plus 8+ years of relevant experience in pipeline/energy infrastructure, with expertise in integrity management and risk assessment; strong communication and independent/teamwork capabilities; BC registration or eligibility.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering
- Registered Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) and/or eligible for registration with Engineers and Geoscientists of BC (EGBC)
- Minimum 8 years of progressive engineering experience relevant to pipeline systems, energy infrastructure, or similarly regulated assets
- Experience in integrity management, risk assessment, asset management, or infrastructure engineering is preferred
